Because our headquarters are in Southeast Asia, our staff typically work throughout your Christmas and New Year holidays. Each year, we handle urgent projects during this season as most other language service providers are closed for the holidays. This year, we are pleased to announce that all team members are available to assist with your projects even during this special time. The daily translation capacity of a language specialist is approximately 2500 words. This estimated word count varies depending on the language, but we guarantee fast translations into Vietnamese, with each specialist capable of translating 3000 words. We have at least three experienced language specialists for each project. In case of advance notice, we can increase capacity if needed. 3. Rate and availability of urgent translations
The price is an estimate based on your detailed requirements, so we cannot provide an exact figure for any translation request. However, how the total cost for your final invoice is calculated is not something to be kept secret. Let us explain. Generally, there are three main factors affecting the price: project volume, language pair, and the difficulty of the context. Volume is calculated based on the number of words to be translated or the actual working hours of the total number of translators. The rarer the language, the more expensive your quote will be due to the limited supply. Additionally, the difficulty of translating the entire document increases the likelihood of success. For example, translation prices in the medical, legal, and political fields are always higher than average. However, there is a valuable benefit for all our clients: we do not increase prices for urgent cases. We are delighted to support your business through any challenging circumstances, so you won't be charged extra for expedited translation if we can. Additionally, we can provide same-day translation services for original documents under 2000 words.
